Enoch 1.4 theme released for CyanogenMod Stable 4.2.1 on Android

Enoch is a clean, simple, and dark theme for Android. It sports a transparent lockscreen, sticker icons by David Lanham, and custom smilies. Smooth lines, no over-glossing, and blue highlights are the signature – making this theme easy on the eyes. EnochX 1.3.9991 theme for CyanogenMod 1.4.999 out now

Just released a new version of my EnochX theme for CyanogenMod on the Android platform.

This release has some important changes, so pay attention.
AdvancedLauncher is now standalone. This means you have the choice between using the built-in Launcher and the fancier (and a tiny bit slower) AdvancedLauncher. Just hit Home to choose. I suggest selecting one as your default, so you don't have to choose again. You can always change your mind in the future.
The second major change is that EnochX is now zipaligned and optipnged. That means smaller memory footprint, a faster response time, and file-size is reduced. Been using this release all day, and the speed is awesome.

World's first omnivorous spider

Researchers in Central America have discovered a spider that dines on plants. B. kiplingi evades dangerous ants to feast on the tips of the acacia plant.

In Mexico and Costa Rica, the researchers logged 72 hours of spider observation, noting more than 150 instances of vegetarian snacking. Beltian bodies made up more than 90% of the spiders' meals in Mexico. The Costa Rican spiders weren't as strict, dining 60% on Beltian bodies and the rest on acacia nectar, ant larvae, and other insects. In both places, the spiders were adept at evading the aggressive ants whose food they swiped. They're so agile that the ants "just can never catch them," Meehan says.

HISTORY
In January 2006 in New York, the patient of a well-known psychiatrist draws the face of a man that has been repeatedly appearing in her dreams. In more than one occasion that man has given her advice on her private life. The woman swears she has never met the man in her life.
That portrait lies forgotten on the psychiatrist's desk for a few days until one day another patient recognizes that face and says that the man has often visited him in his dreams. He also claims he has never seen that man in his waking life.
The psychiatrist decides to send the portrait to some of his colleagues that have patients with recurrent dreams. Within a few months, four patients recognize the man as a frequent presence in their own dreams. All the patients refer to him as THIS MAN.
From January 2006 until today, at least 2000 people have claimed they have seen this man in their dreams, in many cities all over the world: Los Angeles, Berlin, Sao Paulo, Tehran, Beijing, Rome, Barcelona, Stockholm, Paris, New Dehli, Moskow etc.
At the moment there is no ascertained relation or common trait among the people that have dreamed of seeing this man. Moreover, no living man has ever been recognized as resembling the man of the portrait by the people who have seen this man in their dreams.

PhotoSketch: Internet Image Montage

Teams from Tsinghua University, The National University of Singapore, and The Interdisciplinary Center have created a photo-collage system that generates image montages based on basic user input. So a user could draw a rudimentary tree, car, or other object--and the system will generate a realistic-looking scene based on the input, and using basic internet search results as fodder.

The fact that technologies like this are emerging every moment just blows my mind. I am living in the future.
